My name is Jeleeta Jolly and I am a second year Physician Assistant student at CUNY York College. In this portfolio, I have encompassed a comprehensive collection of my work throughout my didactic and clinical years here at this program. These artifacts have helped me acquire knowledge in the fundamental skills of evidence-based medicine, clinical reasoning, and hands on skills.
